The Kitchen includes: * commercial dishwasher
* 2 refrigerators with bottom mount freezers
* 2 stoves
* microwave
* commercial coffee maker
* dishes and cutlery for up to 200 people
Dishes, cutlery and glassware must be washed by Heritage Art Centre staff after each event.
Cost for Heritage Art Centre staff to wash dishes/sanitize kitchen
after use: $30.00/hour/staff person
