In order to preserve the diamond playing fields, all decisions for play on the diamonds are at the discretion of the Town of Stonewall. All operation decisions made by the Town of Stonewall are final.
By Quarry Park Decisions as to the playability of the diamonds will be made by 4:00 pm for evening games and practices. Decisions about daytime games and practices will be made as early as possible so as to allow time to notify teams. Park staff will notify coaches as soon as a decision has been made. Please make certain to provide the park with your contact information. (Phone &/or email).
By a team
If your team needs to cancel a game or practice please phone the park office at 204 467-7980 prior to 4:00 pm. Failure to notify the office will result in your team being charged the appropriate rental fee.
Teams are responsible for notifying umpires and the opposing team.
